Indian hair, illuminated by Japanese & Korean craft.
A handwritten-feel hair diagnosis from Tokyo’s Hair Curators. Five photos, a thoughtful questionnaire, and a ritual that honors your scalp, your strands, and the air around you.

Japanese Hair Curators, listening to your scalp and strands.
⏱ 15-minute process · 2 plans from ₹4,500/month
Your hair has been trying to tell you something.
The brittleness at the tips. The fall you find on the pillow. The frizz that returns every monsoon. These aren’t random — they’re messages from your scalp and strands.
Reading them takes a trained eye, especially for Indian hair, where humidity, hard water, hormones, and texture each carry their own language. It takes a Hair Curator who’s genuinely curious about you.

Receive your report
72 hours
72-hour delivery — without compromising care.
A Tokyo Hair Curator carefully reviews everything,
then writes your report by hand.
What’s in your report
Seven sections, crafted to illuminate every aspect of your scalp and hair.
Your hair at a glance
Your hair type, density score, and the one priority that matters most.
Scalp & hair analysis, area by area
Five regions of your scalp — frontal, crown, parting, temples, and occipital — studied carefully, with your Hair Curator’s notes marked directly on each photo.
What your hair is telling us
The root causes behind what you see. Hormones, hard water, heredity, habit — read together, not in isolation.
Your morning care ritual
A 4–6 step routine designed for your scalp, your strands, your climate, and the life you actually live.
Your wash & treatment ritual
A weekly rhythm of cleansing, conditioning, and treatment — calibrated for your water’s hardness and your hair’s needs.
Ingredients & products to embrace
Specific ingredients chosen for you. Specific products curated from our hair library. A few to avoid, for now.
Why Maison Saika Crown
Three things, kept simple:
By hand.
Every report is written by a Japanese Hair Curator in Tokyo, then translated to English with care. No template, no shortcuts.
For Indian hair.
Not Japanese haircare imposed, but Japanese sensibility translated — for harder water, monsoon humidity, and the textures, densities, and inheritances of Indian hair.
Slowly.
Two days, two pairs of eyes, one quiet conversation with your hair. We will not rush you, and we will not be rushed.

FROM OUR FOUNDER
A letter from our founder
In Tokyo, haircare is not a regimen. It is the way one closes the day, the way one greets the morning, the way the season is acknowledged at the roots. There is patience in it, and a kind of grammar — what comes first, what waits, what is repeated.
Indian hair is not Japanese hair. The water is harder here, the sun heavier, the air more demanding. Hormones speak louder in some seasons. Inheritance shows up at the parting line. But the grammar travels. What we offer is not a translation but a careful re-writing — a Japanese sensibility shaped to Indian living, in the hands of curators who have studied both.
We work slowly. Five photographs, a long questionnaire, and a report that takes two days. We refuse the language of correction. Hair does not need to be fixed; it needs to be understood, and then accompanied.
If this sounds like the kind of care you have been quietly looking for, we would be honoured to begin.
